Tommy’s App

Tommy’s app is an online medical tool to help ensure all pregnant women receive the right care at the right time, and ultimately to save more babies’ lives.

This clinical decision making tool is relatively new and Sheffield is one of the first units to benefit from its implementation, you may not have heard of it before from family or friends or have not used it in previous pregnancies so please make use of the further information available on the RCOG website. Be reassured that this is a web-based app therefore there is nothing to download onto your device.

You will be encouraged to sign up on the website www.tommysapp.org before your booking appointment, if you prefer you can discuss this with your midwife and decide to complete it afterwards.
