A partner or a nominated support person can attend all scan appointments and antenatal appointments, including 12 and 20 week scans and growth scans, and all follow-up antenatal appointments as long as you or your birth partner do not have any symptoms which would be COVID-19.

In addition to the COVID-19 measures we have put in place we are asking that:

1. You do not attend if you are unwell or have any symptoms which could be COVID-19
2. You and your partner both wear a face covering or mask during the scan appointment
3. You both wash/gel your hands on entry to and exit from the Jessop Wing
4. Your partner will be asked to wait outside the main entrance of Jessop Wing and will be called into the appointment when the scan or appointment is about to take place. This is to ensure there are as few people as possible in the unit at any one time.
5. Unfortunately children under the age of 16 are not able to accompany women to appointments.
